OPTION 1

Shared Room | Individual Booking

  • One full programme place.
  • One bed in a shared twin room.
  • Your roommate will be assigned by Unico Stay.

OPTION 2

Shared Room | Booking with a Companion

€6,000

total for two people

  • Two full programme places.
  • Two beds in a shared twin room or a doublebed in a shared double room (please write "TWIN BEDS" or "DOUBLEBED" in the notes section).
  • Share your room with the companion you book with.
  • Both guests participate in all programme activities.

A special gift awaits you both on arrival when you book the option 2.

OPTION 3

Private Room | Individual Booking

total

  • One full programme place.
  • A double room for your exclusive use.
  • Full participation in all programme activities.

OPTION 4

Full Programme + Non-Participating Companion

€3,000 + €1,900

€4,900 total

  • One full programme place for you.
  • Shared accommodation with your companion.
  • Your companion's €1,900 fee includes accommodation, included meals and airport transfers from and to the airport.
  • Your companion does not participate in the programme activities.

Payment options

  • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking confirmation to secure your spot.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid by February 28, 2027.
  • OPTION A — Pay in Full — Pay the remaining balance in one payment by February 28, 2027.
  • OPTION B — Monthly Instalments — Spread the remaining balance across monthly payments, with all payments completed by February 28, 2027.
  • The deposit and remaining balance are calculated based on the total price of your selected booking option.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at BLOOM.

If you need to cancel your reservation on or before February 28, 2027, all payments made beyond your initial deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made on or after March 1, 2027, all payments are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to help protect your investment against unexpected circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or other covered reasons for cancellation. Coverage varies by policy.

How to cancel

Cancellations must be sent to us in writing, by email to info@unicostay.com. We cannot accept cancellations by phone, WhatsApp or social media.

Your cancellation takes effect when your email reaches us. The February 28, 2027 deadline ends at 23:59 Central European Time (CET), the time zone of the retreat location in Tuscany.

We confirm every cancellation in writing. If you have not heard back from us within two working days, please contact us again — your email may not have reached us.
