  • The colors of the land - a painting session where you make every pigment yourself.
  • The green gold - among the old trees, tasted the way the people who press it taste it.
  • Art therapy, laughter yoga and guided visualization - three experiences, and not one of them asks you to be good at it.
  • Ashlind, photographer and videographer - with you the whole week, for the moments worth keeping, in stills and in film. You will not need your phone.
  • The medieval town - the towers, the stone streets, and back in time for dinner.
  • Every meal and every night - full board for the whole stay, with water and wine on the table.
  • Every transfer - to and from the activities, the airport round trip. You will not rent a car, and you will not look at a map.

Not included: flights, travel insurance, extra drinks, additional activities, and anything not specifically mentioned above.

One woman will be at your side all week.

Her name is Ashlind McKay. She's a photographer and a videographer, and that is the smallest part of what she does here.

You'll notice her the first morning and forget her by the second - not because she isn't there, but because she never asks anything of you. No angles. No "wait, do that again". She simply moves with the week: into the woods before the dew lifts, up to the long table, out to the field at the hour the light goes long and gold.

And she sees what you'll miss, because you'll be too busy living it. The half-second your shoulders finally come down. The moment the laughter stops being on purpose. The way you look at someone you met four days ago as though you'd known them for years.

So switch your phone off. Really off, in a drawer, for the whole week. You won't be documenting this one - you'll be inside it. And when it's over, Ashlind hands you back all of it - the stills and the film, the week moving as it actually moved - seen more clearly than you could ever have seen it yourself.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place at BLOOM.

If you need to cancel your reservation on or before February 28, 2027, all payments made beyond your initial deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations made on or after March 1, 2027, all payments are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to help protect your investment against unexpected circumstances, including illness, travel disruptions, or other covered reasons for cancellation. Coverage varies by policy.

How to cancel

Cancellations must be sent to us in writing, by email to info@unicostay.com. We cannot accept cancellations by phone, WhatsApp or social media.

Your cancellation takes effect when your email reaches us. The February 28, 2027 deadline ends at 23:59 Central European Time (CET), the time zone of the retreat location in Tuscany.

We confirm every cancellation in writing. If you have not heard back from us within two working days, please contact us again — your email may not have reached us.
